Premium Room:  These rooms feature king or queen sized beds, private or semi private balconies with waterfront views, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, mini-refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning.

Standard Room:  These rooms feature one queen or two full sized beds, waterfront views, private bathroom with shower, cable TV mini-refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning.

Basic Room:  This room features a full sized bed, shared bathroom with shower, cable TV, mini-refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning.

Housekeeping Room:  Intended for longer term occupancy, these rooms feature Twin or Full beds based upon room, private bathrooms with shower, satellite TV, mini-refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning.  Some rooms are also equipped with a small kitchenette.

         *All rates are based on double occupancy.  Please add 10% V.I. tax and 8% energy tax to the above rates.

RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS / EARLY DEPARTURES

A credit card is necessary to confirm your reservation.

You may change or cancel your reservation up to 7 days (May 16-Dec 14.) or 14 days (Dec 15-May 15)prior to your scheduled arrival date. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a minimum one night penalty charge.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  We will attempt to accommodate special requests regarding these times.
